small mom and pop operation in Brooklyn, New
York. Today, after many years of hard work
and dedication, we are known as one of the
most respected and honored family owned and
operated businesses. Through our consistent
dedication to the community we have become
a staple of the neighborhood. After 40 years
we continue to show our support and dedication

The second generation of Delfini still maintains
the same personalized service, while bringing
their customers new and exciting gourmet foods.
Homemade
from our kitchen to yours, Delfini’s has
become known for its Gourmet Catering. From
10 people to 200 people we will always accommodate
~ No party too small ~ No party too large.
Delfini’s
carries the finest pizza, calzones and we deliver. We are more of a specialty pork store, who specializes in Catering, gourment heat and eat lunches and dinners to go. WE have pasta, fresh and frozen, canned tomatoes, oils, vinegars etc. WE deliver lunch daily. WE cater to and deliver lunches to the corporate sector in Red Bank and Shrewsberry. We have a full Bakery department - we make everything in house including Italian bread, cookies, cakes, all occasion cakes and much more.
